ANCHOR joins DRASTIC ACTIONS! 7" out soon!

We’re pretty happy to announce that Swedens ANCHOR joins DRASTIC ACTIONS!

Sprung from, and deeply engaged in the independent music community as well as the anarchist and animal liberation-movement of Gothenburg, here's Sweden's new hope; ANCHOR! Rising from the ruins of sadly missed bands such as DAMAGE CONTROL and SET MY PATH.

In times when hardcore lacks of substance ANCHOR doing the things like they should be done and put political issues back to topic. Their first e.p. entitled "Captivity songs" manifests a band with an alarming need, to not only be creative and scream and shout but more importantly also to reach out and communicate ideas and feelings in an adequate way.

The e.p. delivers 5 tracks of heartfelt, energetic and angry Hardcore, mainly influenced by the bands of the late 90’s. Check it out and you will see that this is one of the most promising bands in 2007.

The european pressing of the 7“ on DRASTIC ACTIONS will be released on different vinyl colors and a limited cover. We will keep you updated about the 7" in the next days.
