I.
WEBSITE OFFLINE
Earlier this year I finished a new design for my website (http://www.desperatedays.com) and I was pretty satisfied with it as it looked plain, simple and professional but with more and more water goin' down the river I, at the moment, think it's not as personal as I want it to be so I decided to put it offline again and, for right now, rely on this monster called MySpace. I guess I'll have a new website up soon but I need to focus on finishing some projects before I can start working on something for myself again. So for now please be sure to frequently check my MySpace page which can be found at http://www.myspace.com/desperatedays

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

II.
NEW WORKS ADDED
There are some new additions to my portfolio (which can be found at http://www.myspace.com/desperatedays). You can find new merch designs as well as record covers for bands such as Bane (USA), Verse (USA), Empty Vision (Germany), Today We Rise (Germany), Some Times (Germany), U-Lock Justice (Germany), Lighthouse (Germany), Man The Change (Germany), Angelreich (Poland), Broken Distance (Portugal), Make It Count (Germany), Good Clean Fun (USA). If you got some spare time feel free to leave some comments on MySpace.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

III.
PROJECTS IN LINE
Looking at my to-do list I can truly say I got some interesting projects coming up. As always with creative things you never know if all of the involved parties are happy and satisfied with the outcome but if everything works out fine I'll have new stuff coming up for the following: Dead Hearts (Ferret Music/USA), Foundation (USA), Ruiner (Bridge 9/USA), The Carrier (Deathwish Inc./USA), Just Went Black (Germany), Strength Approach (GSR/Italy), So Far Away (Germany), Make It Count (Germany), Give (Germany), Instinct Of Survival (Germany), Kids On The Move (Malaysia).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IV. FUTURE CO-OPERATIONS Pt.
1
I'm talking to some labels right now about future co-operations which include record covers, merch designs, ad designs and whatever you can think of design-related. I can already name two of those: Blacktop Records (Germany) and Refuse Records (Poland). Both labels got a great roster of bands including artists such as: Black Friday 29, Seein' Red, Ritual, Waterdown, Black Haven, Deathbed, Just Went Black, Nine, The Tangled Lines, Hoods Up, New Winds, Blank stare, Storm & Stress, Within Walls, Champion, Highscore.

I'm psyched about those announcements and more than happy to be working with two-longtime friends.

V. FUTURE CO-OPERATIONS Pt.
2
Even if it looks as if my work schedule is quite packed I'm always looking for new challenges (clients). So if you're interested in getting stuff done by me and being named in one of the upcoming newsletter don't hesitate to get in touch. I work at really affordable rates so be sure we can work something out. Contact me by emailing to info@desperatedays.com or on MySpace at http://www.myspace.com/desperatedays

SUPPORT MY FRIENDS
- EMPTY VISION (http://www.myspace.com/emptyvision) just released a new EP with 4 songs on the 7" and 5 songs on the cd version, make sure to check it out, not just because I did the cover artwork. Those guys also recently returned from a successful UK tour.

- my friend Karsten is running a label called BREAKOUT RECORDS, give it a try. you can find it online at http://www.myspace.com/breakxoutrecords

- there are two more hard-working labels from Germany you shouldn't miss. one is the already mentioned BLACKTOP RECORDS (http://www.blacktoprecords.de) and the other one is FIELDS OF HOPE RECORDS (http://www.fieldsofhoperecords.com).
both labels got some good stuff in their discography

- there's a new band in my hometown called NEVER. if you're into stuff such as Modern Life Is War, The Hope Conspiracy or RIse & Fall check out NEVER at http://www.myspace.com/neverhh

- as I've recently been on the road in the UK with EMPTY VISION I saw a couple of good new bands at those shows. check out the following: HONOUR AMONG THIEVES (http://www.myspace.com/honouramongthieveshc), WITHIN WALLS (http://www.myspace.com/withinwalls), ONLY FORWARD (http://www.myspace.com/onlyforwardhc), JAILBAIT (http://www.myspace.com/jailbaitukhc)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's it for now. Thanks for reading. Visit my MySpace at http://www.myspace.com/desperatedays
