-----------------------------------------------------------
...WHO CALLS SO LOUD - Same Do10'' 14.90 EUR

SCREAMO-HARDCORE. ...WHO CALLS SO LOUD from San Francisco are Matt & Dave from FUNERAL DINER and two other friends who were recruited for this new band. ...WHO CALLS SO LOUD continues where FUNERAL DINER stopped, with epic, raw, mid-'90s inspired emo, all captured on a double-10" format with a gatefold cover and a CD of the entire album. (2008/SORRY)

-----------------------------------------------------------
36 CRAZYFISTS - The tide and its takers CD 10.90 EUR

EMO/INDIEROCK. 36 CRAZYFISTS is evidence that there's a beauty in isolation, a newfound purpose from even the worst of tragedies, and that heavy metal and hard rock music doesn't have to be all doom and gloom to have power. Now an integral part of the ever-expanding Ferret Music family, 36 CRAZYFISTS recorded their new album, "The tide and its takers", with guitarist Steve Holt at the helm and the legendary Andy Sneap at the mixing boards, which promises to turn even more heads than before. New songs such as "We gave it hell" delivered the promise to further expand and develop their sound. The band's patented twists and turns, which already earned them favor amongst fans of bands like THURSDAY and THRICE ensuring that none of it sounds contrived, copied or otherwise rehashed from other bands. (2008/FERRET)

-----------------------------------------------------------
A. H. KRAKEN - Same LP+CD 11.50 EUR

PUNK. Out of Metz, France comes the ugly and brutal noise-punk of A. H. KRAKEN. Their name is an amalgam of a facist dictator and a sea monster, and their sound is a wild, intense blur of bludgeoning rhythms, industrial clatter, scraping guitars, and caterwauling vocals. Citing influences as disparate PIL, MOTÖRHEAD, US MAPLE, SUICIDE, FlLIPPER, The SHAGGS, and CHROME, A. H. KRAKEN could implode or explode at any given second. Everything is yelled in barely intelligible French, so it's impossible to say what they're bellowing about, though one song is titled "Kevin Costner est un acteur americain." When bassist/vocalist S.J. was asked, he assured that the lyrics are "all about peace and love." Be skeptical. A. H. KRAKEN are pure, unrestrained throttle-burn. They create landscapes of sound with instruments that are obviously getting the shit beat out of them. This mega-decibel audio destruction at its most overwrought is not for the faint of heart. (2008/IN THE RED)

-----------------------------------------------------------
ASEDIO - Same LP 9.90 EUR

D-BEAT/METAL. ASEDIO is a new band by people who were in EKKAIA, NASHGUL, BLACK PANDA, DAS PLAGUE and other ripping bands. This is a mix of the old D-Beat with Swedish styled Death Metal, a strain of epic open melodies that will give you the creeps. Imagine a mix of DISCHARGE and AMON AMARTH and you'll know what awaits you here. (2008/BEHIND THE SCENES)

-----------------------------------------------------------
AT HALF-MAST / TO THE EMBERS - Split 7''col 4.50 EUR

HARDCORE. While AT HALF-MAST offer over 6 minutes of their heavy old-school / new-school mix that amazes everyone who's ever heard them, TO THE EMBERS are a new hope of Italian Hardcore. Their abrasive fast/slow hardcore that draws influences from the distant (CHAIN OF STRENGTH, BATTERY) as well as the recent past (SHAI HULUD, CHAMPION, AMERICAN NIGHTMARE, STAY GOLD) clearly establishes them as one of the most promising bands in Italy today. (2008/GOODWILL)

-----------------------------------------------------------
BEAT BEAT - Taco show 7'' 4.50 EUR

PUNK. BEAT BEAT is a stripped-down Austrian two-piece delivering traditional rock and roll songs in the vein of the REAL KIDS and the SPACESHITS. (2008/SPIN THE BOTTLE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
BLOODY PANDA - Pheromone LP/CD 12.90/10.90 EUR

DOOM-METAL. Driven by the mournful, melodic vocals of Japanese frontwoman Yoshiko Ohara, BLOODY PANDA's transcendent sound finds its roots in the dirge-like power of SWANS, the amplifier-worshipping textures of EARTH, and the ethereal tension of SKEPTICISM, as well as in various traditional styles from around the globe. The band synthesizes its esoteric influences into focused, powerful, anthemic songs, hailed by Decibel Magazine as "Khanate-caliber doom metal" and by CMJ New Music Monthly as "New York microtonal funeral doom." Now available on vinyl with a gatefold cover. (2008/LEVEL PLANE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
CARRIER, THE - No love can save me 7'' 4.50 EUR

HARDCORE. "No love can save me" is the newest 7" release from The CARRIER. Recorded by Jay Maas @ The Getaway Group (MELTDOWN, SHIPWRECK A.D.), "No love can save me" cries out with impassioned vocals and towering guitar melodies that sway and swell before crashing forth with explosive energy. This release shows The CARRIER at their most emotionally charged, while also hinting at the creative greatness looming close on their horizon. Their signature brand of hardcore is at times melodic and passionate and at times heavy and punishing, bringing to mind bands like MODERN LIFE IS WAR, VERSE and WITH HONOR. (2008/DEATHWISH)

-----------------------------------------------------------
CAST PATTERN, THE - Same CD 12.50 EUR

METALCORE. True to the criminological origin of their name, The CAST PATTERN hits like a shotgun blast to the face, unleashing a bloody burst of hardcore brutality, interspersed with sporadic pieces of tech-metal. Having opened for such hardcore and metal acts as NILE, AS I LAY DYING, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, BURY YOUR DEAD and THE RED CHORD, this Lawrence, Kansas metalcore act caught the attention of Brad Thompson from The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza who signed them to his imprint on Uprising Records, "Midgets With Machetes." For Fans of DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, INTO THE MOAT, MISERY SIGNALS, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME and EVERY TIME I DIE. (2008/MIDGETS WITH MACHETES)

-----------------------------------------------------------
CHEAP TIME - Same LP/CD 9.90/11.50 EUR

GARAGE-PUNK. Henderson, Tennessee's Jeffrey Novak is a name familiar to those who pay attention to the whole lo-fi-garage-punk underbelly of today's indie scene. He's released a handful of singles and at least one album on labels in the US and Europe as a one-man-band and with his former group, The RAT TRAPS. He's been at it for nearly five years and he's barely in his twenties. CHEAP TIME is his newest and most serious endeavor to date. Founded with Jemina Pearl and Nathan Vasquez of BE YOUR OWN PET, CHEAP TIME set out to recapture the essence of teenage schlock rock scuzz of such heroes as REDD KROSS and The RUNAWAYS. Along the way, members shifted, as did the band's direction. An obsession with '70s glam power pop a la SPARKS, The QUICK, and MILK 'N' COOKIES grew, and the music took on a twisted new slant never hinted in any of his previous projects. The results are the current line-up of CHEAP TIME and this full-length album. CHEAP TIME's self-titled debut is 28 minutes of snotty punk pop perfection. From the NEW NORK DOLLS-via-GERMS screech of "Tight fit" to the anglophile power pop of "Ginger snap" to the bubblegum bounce of "Trip to the zoo," this debut has instant classic stamped all over its bratty face. (2008/IN THE RED)

-----------------------------------------------------------
COLD INSIDE - Ends. starts and broken hearts 7'' 3.90 EUR

HARDCORE. COLD INSIDE are a Finnish band that is heavily inspired and influenced by most forms of American hardcore. This group features crushing CRO-MAGS meets INTEGRITY guitars with driving, head-throbbing drumming in vein of IRON AGE or BRACEWAR. Fierce vocals about human despair and heartache round out the songs. Originally formed in 2003 under their previous name...UNITY MURDER. This 7' is their debut release. For fans of the old and new sounds of: Judge, Integrity, In Cold Blood, Floorpunch, Right Brigade, Shipwreck, Living Hell, Bitter End, & Iron Age. Import. (2008/ON MY OWN)

-----------------------------------------------------------
CWILL - Trotz allem CD 9.90 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. CWILL's now 5th release since 1994. You couldn't say that they rush things. But it was worth the waiting for their best effort so far. Brutal and melodic hc/crust/punk from Switzerland. Nine "new" songs showing again how amazing this band got over the years. Harsh and aggressive vocals over a thick and heavy wall of sound where the melodic violin fits in perfectly. Sweeping music with an eerie athmosphere and desperate well written lyrics that are more of a personal approach to political topics in a nicely put together sleeve. (2008/PRAWDA)

-----------------------------------------------------------
DANGERLOVES - Young pretender 7'' 4.50 EUR

PUNK. Catchy as hell powerpop from Toronto, Canada. This is their third 45 (following "Lip smart" on Fashionable Idiots and "Easy" on Dead Ideas) and more of the what you've come to expect if you've been paying attention, if not, get yourself aquatinted. Featuring members of The BAYONETTES, CAREER SUICIDE, URBAN BLIGHT and TERMINAL STATE. (2008/STATIC SHOCK)

-----------------------------------------------------------
DER SUBMARINE RACERS - Space burrito 7'' 4.50 EUR

PUNK. Long awaited debut single! Pure trash destruction. Weird punk sherely in its obnoxiousness. Highly Recomended for people like me who suffer from bad taste! KILLER 7"!! (2008/SPIN THE BOTTLE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
DO OR DIE - Pray for them CD 10.90 EUR

HARDCORE. The new record "Pray for them" marks a new start for the band with a new face and new strength but still holding on to the roots of the previous releases. DO OR DIE are back and determined to take back the crown of European hardcore! (2008/ALVERAN)

-----------------------------------------------------------
DOUG DEREK & THE HOAX - Who the hell is Doug Derek? LP 11.90 EUR

PUNK. American Alternative Power Pop band DOUG DEREK & THE HOAX were in existence for just a single year from 1980 to 1981, however it was during that time that they created some of the more catchy, hook-laden songs to be put down to tape in a recording studio in the state of Connecticut. This obscure band's "debut album that never was" has finally come to be - a 12-song, full-length collection of all original studio recordings being released for the first time an unprecedented 27 years after they were originally recorded!! If you like ‘70’s pop such RASPBERRIES, BADFINGER, BIG STAR and the classic power pop of the early eighties (RECORDS, ROMANTICS, CHEAP TRICK). Only 500 copies around!!! (2008/RAVE UP)

-----------------------------------------------------------
FALLEN FROM THE SKY - Tonight we radiate CD 10.90 EUR

HARDCORE. South Florida rock/punk/ hardcore/whatever! Established in 2002, FALLEN FROM THE SKY have completed 12 self-booked and self-funded East Coast/Mid-West tours before the recording of their Eulogy Recordings debut full-length CD "Tonight we radiate". Drawing influences from STRIKE ANYWHERE and RISE AGAINST. Getting ready to take over the world. (2008/EULOGY)

-----------------------------------------------------------
FAMINE, THE - The raven and the reaping CD 14.90 EUR

METAL. The FAMINE features three of the original members of EMBODYMENT, which formed over thirteen years ago, and caused the members to form a close musical bond that remains unbroken. They have stuck to what they know, playing technical, grinding metal with pounding double bass and rapid-fire guitars. (2008/TOOTH & NAIL)

-----------------------------------------------------------
FASHION! FASHION! AND THE IMAGE BOYS - Scissor jihad 7'' 4.50 EUR

PUNK. Hot shit KBD-style punk. These guys sound real stoopid. Like hanging out with bums, holding down a shit job at a skate shop style stoopid. Florida's full of weirdos like this and it makes me wanna go there. Plus, I bet there's a bunch of hot chicks there, too. I'd love to get my hands on a couple copies of their split with the FUNCTIONAL BLACKOUTS. But c'est la vie. Buy this shit!!! (2008/SPIN THE BOTTLE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
FUTURE DADS - 24 whinship LP 11.90 EUR

PUNK. FUTURE DADS, formed in 1981 after the split of legendary Boston punk band UNNATURAL AXE, were influenced by RAMONES along with longtime heroes like the MODERN LOVERS and LOU REED. The DADS gigged regularly at the Rat, the Channel, the Underground, Cantones, the Club, the Paradise, and the Inn-Square Men’s Bar on bills along with local bands and out-of-town acts like the PLIMSOULS, PLASMATICS, MO-DETTES, PROFESSIONALS, WIRE TRAIN, and SHRAPNEL. After recorded a great 7” and many other studio tracks, the band split up in 1982. So there you have it. A little snapshot in time, these songs provided the soundtrack for a ragged ride through the glory days of Boston’s underground rock scene fueled by alcohol, loud amps, and a love for rock and roll that is still with us today. Essential!!! (2008/RAVE UP)

-----------------------------------------------------------
GIVE EM HELL - We are the wolves CD 10.90 EUR

HARDCORE. GIVE EM HELL is a close knit group of friends who mix melodic, impassioned hardcore with metal, injecting plenty of gang vocals, and creating a mix that would appeal to fans of both SHAI HULUD and COMEBACK KID. (2008/WEST COAST WORLDWIDE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
H2O - Nothing to prove LPcol 9.90 EUR

HARDCORE. Their highly anticipated fifth studio album titled "Nothing to prove", hardcore punk legends H20 are back with their new material! H2O's "Nothing to prove" is not a comeback. This is a statement of everything H2O has accomplished in almost 15 years together and where they're headed in the future - and it’s nothing short of incredible. H2O has come together and found their voice with more strength, excitement and energy than ever. Vocalist Toby Morse said, "I feel everything on this album has been burning inside over the last seven years - that's why this album is titled ''Nothing To Prove'', because it was all out on the table. This is who we are and, as a band, we've really got nothing to prove." (2008/BRIDGE NINE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HELLSHOCK - Only the dead know the end of war LP 9.90 EUR

CRUST-HARDCORE. Repress of the first album! Everyone knows HELLSHOCK at this point. Raw, metallic crust-hardcore brand of pure early Earache Records sounding insanity. Great AMEBIX and SACRILEGE inspired crust punk from Portland! (2008/AGIPUNK)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HOLLYWOOD - Big mouth / Human BBQ 7'' 4.50 EUR

PUNK. It's so noisy and punk rock it hurts. This has late-80s Alternative Tentacles or AmRep written all over it. Think of PISSED JEANS' material on Parts Unknown with a hint of the COWS or the UNSANE mixed in for good measure. The A side has some good advice: "Don't talk to strangers/They'll kill or rape ya." There's a phenomenon called synaesthesia where input to one sense triggers sensation in another. Well, I'm a bit of a synaesthete when I listen to this. When I hear this, I smell post-masturbation saliva on my hand, fireworks, and sweaty feet. Fucking awesome!!! (2008/SPIN THE BOTTLE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HOSTAGE CALM - Demo 7'' 4.20 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. Headcount Records has seen fit to press the out-of-print demo from CT's HOSTAGE CALM on 7", showing the beginnings of this band who play melodic punk influenced hardcore. (2008/HEADCOUNT)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HOSTAGE CALM - Lens CD 11.50 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. Featuring members of AT ALL COSTS, Connecticut's HOSTAGE CALM play a perfected mix of hardcore and melodic punk, bringing to mind bands like IGNITE and AMBITIONS. (2008/REDSCROLL)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HOUR OF THE WOLF / LEWD ACTS - Split 7'' 4.20 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. Arizona's HOUR OF THE WOLF team up with San Diego's LEWD ACTS for a split release that knows no boundaries. This record also marks the occasion of the first official release from LEWD ACTS, a group with a furious live show, one that won't be forgotten when they leave your town. Between the 7 tracks, you're walking the fence of hardcore, punk, and metal. The only thing that's certain is that they're raw, honest, and dark. HOUR OF THE WOLF tracks recorded with Bob Hoag (THE ATARIS) and LEWD ACTS tracks recorded with Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE), with the finishing touch applied by The Blasting Room (RISE AGAINST, COMEBACK KID, NOFX). (2008/THINK FAST!)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH - Goatmeal 5'' 4.90 EUR

HARDCORE. HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH managed to pack 19 tracks onto a single piece of 5" vinyl, so it should really be no surprise that the songs are between five and fifteen seconds long and packed with pure powerviolence. Raging-fast-blur-hardcore from Boise, Idaho. Pure ballistic thrash that feels more like a NO COMMENT shadow-boxing match to your face rather than the peaceful images of a tender little humminbird! (2008/COWABUNGA)

-----------------------------------------------------------
HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH / CHAINSAW TO THE FACE - Split 10'' 10.90 EUR

HARDCORE-THRASH. This split 10" features the powerviolence of HUMMINGBIRD OF DEATH, who charge through 6 tracks, while New Jersey's CHAINSAW TO THE FACE rage through 15 total tracks of thrash. (2008/COWABUNGA)

-----------------------------------------------------------
IRON VIRGIN - Same LP 11.90 EUR

PUNK. IRON VIRGIN was a 70's glam proto punk band who were formed in Edinburgh, Scotland. Back in 1973, Decca assigned their best producer, Nick Tauber, who produced THIN LIZZY (The Boys Are Back in Town) and many others...to scour Scotland for a new band for the Deram (Decca) label. He came to a small town in Scotland to listen to the band and, at the end of the show, he said that this wa the best live band he’d seen since The Move! So the band went down to London to record some demos in West Hampstead studio. Consequently, the band was signed to Decca Records, that released their great two singles, both ‘classics’ for ‘70’s UK r’n’r glam fans. This definitive antholgy, wich contains also unreleased tracks, is the definitive tribute to one of the best bands of that decade!!! (2008/RAVE UP)

-----------------------------------------------------------
JAMIES ELSEWHERE - Guidebook for sinners turned saints CD 11.90 EUR

EMO/INDIE. JAMIES ELSEWHERE has crafted a moving and ambitious rock album that is destined to be one of the most talked about debuts of the year. "Guidebook for sinners turned saints" surely will be the catalyst that starts this band's career and puts them in front of fans who want honest, real rock music in a time of mediocrity. Combine the hooks of SILVERSTEIN and HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS along with the melancholy of CHIODOS and a lighter TAKING BACK SUNDAY and you have an incredible mix that will connect with fans of honest and emotional hard rock. (2008/VICTORY)

-----------------------------------------------------------
KILLING THE DREAM - Fractures CD 10.90 EUR

HARDCORE. Releasedate for the Vinyl 10.06.2008. California's KILLING THE DREAM are an inspiring and passionate contemporary hardcore band. Embodying the same positive emotion found in contemporaries COMEBACK KID and BANE, KILLING THE DREAM's approach also pays tribute to legends UNBROKEN and CHAIN OF STRENGTH. Their collective energy is the definition of hardcore power. After releasing a EP/CD on Rivalry in 2004, KILLING THE DREAM made Deathwish their new label home. In 2005, the band released their "I rewrote it" 7" on Deathwish to praise from hardcore kids worldwide. In early 2005, KILLING THE DREAM traveled to Godcity Studios to record their "In place apart" album with Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE). The album was praised by aggressive music press worldwide as one of the best releases of 2005. The release was even declared "The best hardcore album of the year" by Alternative Press. "Fractures" is KILLING THE DREAM's latest full-length effort. Over a year in the making, "Fractures" was engineered by J. Robbins at Magpie Studios (JAWBOX, BURNING AIRLINES). This record proves that you can progress and mature within the hardcore world, without ever having to leave it behind.

(2008/DEATHWISH)

-----------------------------------------------------------
MEANS - To keep me from sinking CD 10.90 EUR

METALCORE. MEANS is back with their sophomore album, "To keep me from sinking". Engineered by Mike Watts at Vu Du Studios (AS CITIES BURN, HOPESFALL, THE ALMOST) "To keep me from sinking" is a finely crafted album that features and builds on the heavy yet melodic songs that put them on the map with their debut album ''Sending Me Strength''. With a solid tour schedule for 2008, including multiple spring and summer festival appearances, MEANS is poised and ready to take their music and live show to a new level in 2008. This four-piece is taking the US completely by surprise with their frenetic melody-infused breakdowns and tandem vocals that blend seamlessly from a high-octane hardcore voice to powerful and clear clean tone. These guys get right to the heart of the matter with forthright lyrics that compliment the intensity of the music; and ferociously intense it is. MEANS attacks each song with a severity that suggests complete surrender and immersion in the genre.
(2008/FACEDOWN)

-----------------------------------------------------------
MÖNSTER - Out of luck 7'' 3.90 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. Modern hardcore/D-Beat rock with mostly smart lyrics. One really outstanding song as a killer opener, 3 more great classic MÖNSTER style songs and a 5th ''funny'' song, which wasn't really necessary to record. Well, at least something really different from the rest and the band for sure had fun. Artwork and packaging turned out brilliant! A really good looking and rocking 7inch. (2008/SABOTAGE)

-----------------------------------------------------------
NEGATIVE APPROACH - Can't tell no one DVD 17.90 EUR

HARDCORE. This DVD features performance footage at St. Andrew's Hall in Detroit, May 26, 2007 at the Touch and Go 25th Anniversary in Chicago, September 2006, rehearsal footage in Detroit 2006, 2006 live performances at in London and Antwerp, the ATP show and live at No Fun Fest, Brooklyn, May 2007. -----------------------------------------------------------
OFF WITH THEIR HEADS - Hospitals LP 11.90 EUR

PUNK-ROCK. Available again on Vinyl! "Hospitals" is the debut full-length from Minneapolis' OFF WITH THEIR HEADS. The four-piece sounds a lot like fellow Minnesotans DILLINGER FOUR. They're not a D4 clone, but they definitely share that gritty sound that you've come to expect from bands like THE ARRIVALS, TOYS THAT KILL, THE LAWRENCE ARMS and much of what's released on No Idea Records. Like all the aforementioned bands, you can always trace something back to Screeching Weasel, and although we may be talking about bands with a "dirty" punk sound, OWTH couple that with some of the catchiest melodies I've heard all year. Eight tracks of upbeat, yet smart pop punk with a D4 vibe. Comes with a silk-screened cover! (2008/RECESS)

-----------------------------------------------------------
POINTING FINGER - Milestone LPcol 9.90 EUR

-----------------------------------------------------------
RESISTANCE - Two sides of a modern world CD 10.90 EUR

DEATH METAL. Intentionally, the band started out as a metal influenced straight forward hardcore band but after several line-up changes and, with new members bringing new influences to the table, the band turned more and more into the full on death metal beast it is today, with only hints left to their hardcore background. After years of playing shows and building up their name in Belgium and France and after releasing their debut "Trauma", the band feels they have finally arrived at where they always wanted to be musically. "Two sides of a modern world", their newest effort and Alveran debut, is to feel like railroaded from the moment the record starts. This is modern day non-stop raging death metal at its best! (2008/ALVERAN)

-----------------------------------------------------------
SACRED SHOCK - Same 7'' 4.50 EUR

HARDCORE. Austin, TX's SACRED SHOCK rose from the ashes of ARMY OF JESUS and continue to bring an incredibly intense onslaught of pure hardcore, channeling the spirits of bands that blended melody and angst like ARTICLES OF FAITH or The PIST and bring the raw passion of DEATHREAT or TALK IS POISON. V/A WAKE UP CALL - 7'' 3.90 EUR

HARDCORE. 4 Finnish bands on this compilation playing some of the heaviest hardcore Finland has to offer! ANOTHER ONE DEAD & WORTH THE PAIN start off side A with super heavy and rough sounding hardcore along the lines of RINGWORM or RAMALLAH. BBLACK BETSY follows suit and LOSS OF HUMANITY lays down a heavy track with a bit more metal influences to it. Limited to 500 copies and all are numbered. This is a very nice comp to hear some different bands you might not have normally been exposed to! (2008/ON MY OWN)

VALUES INTACT / AT HALF-MAST - Split 7''col 4.50 EUR

HARDCORE. This split 7" is the last ever release for VALUES INTACT. The 3 songs on this EP are the last songs they ever recorded and the band is no more. Their fast, angry, furious and heartfelt HC pushed them to become one of the most popular Italian HC acts in a very short time span. They toured a lot and brought their own, authentic version of modern hardcore all across the continent. AT HALF-MAST deliver more of their screaming, powerful HC that has established their debut album on Goodwill Records. Considering the sheer quality of songs on this split 7", this record is already a classic!!! (2008/GOODWILL)

-----------------------------------------------------------
WAR PIGS - No hope, no faith, no point 7'' 4.50 EUR

HARDCORE. Philly's WAR PIGS bust out a hardcore style that mixes NYHC's speed and intensity with rock 'n' roll breaks characterized by AC/DC-influenced guitar leads and early StOOGES punk flavor. (2008/LEAVE 'EM)

-----------------------------------------------------------
WORTH THE PAIN - To the bitter end LP 9.90 EUR

HARDCORE. WORTH THE PAIN is a 5-piece band that was formed in Lappeenranta, which is situated in the southeast of Finland. "To the bitter end" is their debut full-length. Furious up-tempo hardcore with pissed-off vocals that are not unlike the vocals of a band like SHUTDOWN. The band delivers what you expect from a band acting in this subgenre: dubble-bass drums, breaks and a guitar-dominated sound. Tough and heavy hardcore from Finnland! (2008/TURN & RUN)
