Die Testpressung der Debut-LP, mit schönem Titel "deathinteresse", der Bielefelder PATSY O' HARA (Split-Release mit PHOBIACT Records) ist nun auch eingetroffen und hat unsere Erwartungen vollens bestätigt.
Das Teil wird nun pünktlich zur Release-Show-Party (am 02.08.2009) mit ALPINIST, ANCHOR, CARPATHIAN, RITUAL und THE NOW-DENIAL im AJZ Bielefeld fertig sein.
Mittlerweile kannst Du Dir das Album im Stream anhören. Die Kostproben der neuen Songs gibt es Online auf Myspace

Wie bereits bei anderen PER KORO & BARFIGHT Releases richten wir wieder eigens für die limitierte Version eine neue Emailadresse ein, die NUR solange Gültigkeit besitzt, bis die im Mailorder zur Verfügung stehenden limitierten Kopien allesamt verkauft sind!

Die reguläre Pressung wird dann ebenso zum Monatswechsel ganz gewöhnlich über den Online-Shop zu bestellen sein!
Kostenpunkt für die limitierte Kopie im farbigen Vinyl liegt bei 10,- € (die reguläre Pressung hat den identischen Preis).

PATSY O' HARA was formed back in early 2007 when 5 young men gathered to start something to live up their love for dark and aggressive yet melodic hardcore-punk. What was initially considered to be some kind of a side project turned out to be something very creative and so they found themselves more and more often on the road. Less than half a year after playing their first show in November 2007 they recorded their demo entitled "pariahs". Since that they played around 50 shows including a small European Tour!
In the beginning of 2009 the boys took a hiatus to write their 1st full-length record. "deathinteresse" was recorded by Robin Völkert again. Musically it is a badass bastard of rock 'n' roll driven 'core with a good portion of Portland hardcore-punk, not unlike FROM ASHES RISE, TRAGEDY etc. or even early Swedish ENDSTAND with dark and desperate lyrics/vocals which have often been compared to those of MODERN LIFE IS WAR and their likes.
"deathinteresse" contains 9 blazing tracks fueled with scathing vocals, driven melodic riffs, and a ton of passion.
Armed with anger as their energy and backed by achingly severe riffs, unforgiving beats, and ramrod snarls, the band wades through the ultimate tragedy of the modern world.
"deathinteresse" will be released on 08/02/09 as a collaboration between Per Koro & Phobiact Records. Shortly after that the pack will hit the road again. Go catch them playing live!
