AYS neuer song, neues album, neue shows

What's up kids. Well, it's been a long long time since you heard something about us but we've been really busy playing shows and recording new songs for our upcoming album. This is the first sign of life of AYS for a long time so here we go:

- We uploaded the first new song called "curbstone tales" of our upcoming album "eroded by the breeze". We've spent around 9 days in the studio to record thirteen songs. The album includes 11 brand-new and 2 older songs which already have been on our "the path of ages" EP. We're really happy with the outcome.
The vinyl version of "eroded by the breeze" will be released by our long-time friend "Cobra Records". After Cobra already released our "wreck my soul" LP and “the path of ages" ep we are really satisfied that our cooperation enters another phase. He will also release a lot of other cool shit in the future like the man overboard lp, you should keep an eye on it!
The vinyl version for the United Kingdom will be released by a great new label called Purgatory Records. These guys really form a hard-working label so check them out, they have already released awesome bands like Brutality Will Prevail, Hang The Bastard, More Than Life and Wiretrap.
The CD and digital version will be released by Mad Mob records (coretex) from Berlin, these guys have succeeded in business for a long long time and we're really proud that they want to release our new stuff.
We'll upload another new song soon and the preorder for our new album will start in a few weeks, so you better keep an eye on us. it's definitely worth the trouble.

- We uploaded some new shows, among other things we're gonna play on the "With Full Force" fest next week because of the cancellation of skarhead, you probably heard about that.
Also we have to tell you that Rotting Out from Los Angeles/usa cancelled their european tour, so we'll hit the road with our good friends Never Again and Wayfarer. You can find all the new dates of our European tour on our myspace site. Spread the word, tell all your friends about it and visit us at the shows.
Also check out Worship Records, who booked our European tour. These guys have a lot of awesome shit going on. Bow down to Worship!

- Finally it's time for us to overrun the borders of Europe. So we are lucky to tell you that the "wreck my soul" LP and "the path of ages" EP will be released by BRNWRCK Records on tape in Malaysia.
Lost Tape Collective, a new label from the eastcoast of the USA founded by our friends from Man Overboard will release the path of ages in the United States so watch out, there will be more news about that very soon.

Propably there will be other releases of our stuff in other countries. We keep you updated.

- Our guitar player Felix, who was in the band since the beginning, will leave the band. There's no bad blood but we decided to go seperate ways because our visions are completely different. Felix will play two more shows with us, the With Full Force Fest and the last show is gonna be in Aachen with Sick Of It All. So come out to these shows! We wanna thank him for the good times we had and wish him the best for the future.

- You can find interviews and reviews about us in the following issues of a few fanzines like the FUZE magazine, TRUST and in a fanzine from the United States called AMP magazine.
