Political vegan straight edge hardcore punk from Chicago, USA. Poison Planet plays fast and pissed off 80's hardcore punk in the vein of Negative Approach, Violent Minds, Blank Stare or 86 Mentality.
Their message is about personal and political resistance inspired by Howard Zinn and Naomi Klein. This is hardcore punk meant to communicate ideas, not just be the soundtrack for latest dance moves.
Members were / or are involved in HALFMAST, NO TIME LEFT, BOILING OVER, RAW NERVE, COLD SHOULDER and ThirdxParty Records.
