Die Sludge/Post-Metal Band aus Ottawa, Kanada, wird ab dem 19. Juli zusammen mit GALVANO aus Schweden auf große Europatour gehen. Mit im Gepäck haben sie ihr neues Release "adversity woe", welches auf dem deutschen Label sickmangettingsick.records veröffentlicht wird.

ALASKAN ( OTTAWA, CANADA) - "After there firts output "The weak and the wounded" on cassette over their own Label Dwyer Records, they put out there first full lenght "adversity woe" of vinyl, early 2011 over sickmangettingsick.records - The 3 guys from Alaskan built a forrest of sound where you don´t find a way out. Spiritual sound wall in a feeling of the Canadian wide, so lonely and powerful like this amazing landscape. A mix of noisy and metallic riffing parted with midtempo drumming, closed with so incredible voices for fans of buried inside, rosetta and converge..."
