Die US Death Metal/Grindcore Band aus Baltimore hat bei Season Of Mist Records unterschrieben. Bisher veröffentlichten MISERY INDEX Alben auf Nuclear Blast Records und Relapse Records.
Bassist Jason Netherton kommentiert:
"Needless to say, we are very excited to start working with Season of Mist and to join an exceptional roster that includes many of our favorite bands. We will commence later this year to writing the next album, and with luck will enter the studio in 2012. Thanks to everyone who helped us get to where we are today, and cheers to Season of Mist for supporting us in our present and future endeavors."
