Deutsch *************************************************** Das Berlin HC Fest wurde 2005 ins Leben gerufen und versucht jedes Jahr eine Menge Bands zusammen zu bringen um Spaß zu haben und gleichzeitig eine guten Zweck zu unterstützen. Das Fest wird als eine "Sunday HC matinee" organisiert, bei der 10 Bands aus verschiedenen Subgenres wie Metalcore, Streetpunk oder Grindcore rocken und zusammen Spaß haben. Der gesamte Erlöß der Veranstaltung wird einer wohltätigen Organisation in Berlin gespendet. Der Erlöß des Jahres 2005 ging z.B. an das Büro für medizinische Flüchtlingshilfe Berlin, während der Erlöß 2006 an das Gesundheitszentrum für Obdachlose in Berlin Mitte ging. Der Veranstaltungsort am 28.09.08 ist wie im letzten Jahr das Cassiopeia, Revaler Str. 99, Berlin-Friedrichshain (nähe S-/U-Bhf Warschauer Str.). Einlass ist um 15 h, die erste Band spielt um 15.30 und das Konzert endet gegen 22 h. Also kommt an den Start, unterstützt eure lokale Szene - ihr habt eh nur diese eine... English**************************************************** Started in 2005, the Berlin HC Fest tries to bring together bands from Berlin to dance, dive and have some fun while supporting a good cause. Set up as a Sunday matinee gig each year ten bands coming from the capitals HC/Punk community enter the stage, perform their songs and have fun. All the money made is donated to a charity organization in need of fundings in Berlin. 2005 the money went to a medical aid service for refugees living in Berlin and this years money will be give to a medical aid station for homeless people. The Berlin HC Fest seeks not only to (re)present Berlin..s vital and lively underground HC/ Punk community, but it actively wants to bring different subgenres like Metalcore, Streetpunk, Grindcore etc. and their respective scenesters together. This years Berlin HC Fest will happen on the 28th of September 2008 at the Cassiopeia, Revaler Str. 99, Berlin-Friedrichshain (U-/S-Bhf Warschauer Str.). Doors open at 3pm, first band is on at 3.30 pm and the show ends around 10 pm. So come out and support your local scene... coz after all it..s the only one you have, fool!
