HIEROPHANT (ITA - DEMONS RUN AMOK)

Hierophant was formed in April 2009 by members Lorenzo (guitar), Karl (Vocals), Matt (Bass), Rob (Guitar) and Ben (Drums) bringing an eclectic mix to the blackened hardcore scene.
The instant chemistry between the members allowed them to compose songs with a direct sound, working independently within the industry.
The band continues to ride stages everywhere, their name spreading, and expanding their presence in their home town of Italy, each time perfecting shows becoming darker and harder.
The band recently entered the recording studio to record their debut album 'Selftitled' under Demons Run Amok Entertainment (Trapped Under Ice, 50 Lions, In Cold Blood, Guns Up!,...) which was released on 5th of November and featured special guest Dwid Hellion from INTEGRITY!

Hierophant previously toured with Poison The Well, Gallows, The Secret, To Kill, The Eyes of A Traitor, Awaken Demons and Valient Thorr and have supported lots of big bands like The Dillinger Escape Plan, Cancer Bats, Death Before Dishonor and Madball.

Hierophant will be touring whole Europe from 8 till 29 July 2011.
