Wir werden am 30.09. unsere letzte Newslist verschicken.
Alle Neuheiten und pre-order releases werden nur noch in geringen Stückzahlen eingekauft. Also nutze die Upcoming Funktion auf unserer Homepage oder schreib uns eine E-Mail, um dir noch eine Kopie zu sichern.
Ab Anfang Oktober werden wir dann mit dem Ausverkauf beginnen, dann wird es % auf den Lagerbestand geben. Es wird ab dann kein Backprogramm mehr nachbestellt! Solltest du also jetzt noch was auf deiner Wunschliste haben, solltest du jetzt zuschlagen.

CROSSOVER. All new A.TTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. The long awaited record from the Thrash Metal band has nailed it !!!!! In The Studio with Tue Madsen recorded in Denmark during their European tour. This record is a thundering assualt to the ear drums. All original tracks as well as a tribute to label mates doing their rendition of POISON IDEA'S "Lifestyles" they are best known for crossing the bridge of Hardcore to Metal in the early 80s. This is 10 fast and short songs of classic Hardcore with rude vocals and played on full throttle that leave all poser bands behind. EMO/POST-PUNK. Most of us know Brian Fallon as the frontman for the GASLIGHT ANTHEM, an act who started out in Jersey basements and slowly built their way up to headlining New York's Radio City Music Hall. Despite the success Fallon has had with his main band he's always loved decidedly less rocking acts such as the AFGHAN WHIGS and TOM WAITS. The HORRIBLE CROWES, his new side-project alongside longtime friend Ian Perkins, is his lounge-friendly tip of the hat to the acts who have shaped another side of his musical vision. LIMES - Tarantula LP/CD 14.50/13.50 EUR

PUNK-ROCK. In a town full of musical hermits and legends, it may seem trite to call anyone the town’s best kept secret. But truck-driving rocker Shawn Cripps and his revolving cast of characters collectively known as Limes have been making lovable late-night rackets at midtown dives for nearly a decade with very little to show for it. A couple of singles (one from France, one from Italy) and two homemade CDRs were all that existed until Goner released Rhinestone River last year. Well, that’s not entirely true—as is typical with many Memphis iconoclasts like Alex Chilton, Jim Dickinson and Tav Falco’s Panther Burns, Limes clicked with overseas listeners before Americans caught on, and Cripps’s first album Tarantula did receive a limited CD release in 2005 on a small New Zealand label. Somehow that made more sense than it should have, as Limes’ brand of quirky pop and rock wouldn’t be out of place on a Flying Nun comp from the mid-’80s. Vinyl includes MP3 download of entire album! PUNK. 2009 saw the release of POLAR BEAR CLUB's landmark album "Chasing Hamburg," which was named one of Alternative Press' "Most Anticipated Albums" of the year and absolutely lived up to the acclaim. Fast forward to 2011 and POLAR BEAR CLUB kicked off the year by recording their third full-length and career-defining release "Clash battle guilt pride" with Brian McTernan and toured across North America on the Take Action Tour with BAYSIDE, SILVERSTEIN, The SWELLERS and TEXAS IN JULY. RESSURECTION - I am not: The discography CD/DoLPcol 9.90/18.90 EUR

HARDCORE. Between 1991 and 1994, RESSURECTION played well over a hundred shows around the US while releasing two EPs, an LP and a few tracks on various compilations. Over a four-year period, the recording reels were dusted off and Kurt Ballou completed a remix at Godcity Studios. Vinyl version includes free digital download. Soon after, additional tracks were collected and the result is the 21-track "I am not: The discography", containing remixes of all three records, the band's first recorded song, as well as their classic live set from KXLU in its entirety (included with the digital download only). SAMIAM - Trips CD 12.50 EUR

EMO/POST-PUNK. Vinyl available ca. 16.09.2011. Formed in 1988 and hailing from Berkeley, CA, SAMIAM released the major label albums ''Astray'' and ''Whatever's Got You Down'' then signed to Hopeless in 2000. They have toured with bands acts such as Bad Religion, Hot Water Music, Millencolin and Blink-182. Launching from the same late-80s do-it-yourself Punk circles that spawned bands like Green Day, SAMIAM's distinctive blend of melodic phrases atop a Hardcore foundation found the band standing out from the typical fare of the time. "Trips" is SAMIAM's 8th studio album, their first release in over five years. It was recorded in Green Day's studio, Jingletown, with producer Chris Dugan during the spring of 2011. (2011/HOPELESS)

U.X. VILEHEADS - Hardcore 11 LP 12.50 EUR

HARDCORE-PUNK. U.X. VILEHEADS is the latest in the line of great Hardcore bands coming out of Sweden and a veritable who's who of Umeå hardcore. Marcus on bass is of course known from bands like REGULATIONS, TRISTESS, INSTÄNGD and so on. Andre on drums played The VICIOUS, TRISTESS, DS-13, INVASIONEN, The LOST PATROL BAND and many more. Fredrik on the shredding guitar did not only record the record but has also played with such bands as INSURGENT KID, AMBULANCE, DÖDSDÖMD, SÄNKT and whole bunch of others. Torbjörn on vocals is a newcomer compared to the other guys but he has already cut his teeth with bands like ATTYDPROBLEM and MANBOYS. After releasing two succesful 7" on Deranged Records and Adult Crash Records it was time to release a full-lenght. The record is a 12-song attack of relentless Hardcore/Punk in the vein of OFFENDERS, RAW POWER, TOXIC REASONS and MINOR THREAT. The record is a split-release with Adult Crash Records from Denmark.
