HARDCORE. Releasedate for the vinyl record is 22.07.2008. COLD WORLD are a truly unique hardcore band from Wilkes-Barre, PA. After becoming one of the most talked about bands from their area, COLD WORLD released their "Ice grillz" CD/7"EP on Lockin' Out Records in 2005. In late 2006, COLD WORLD and Deathwish joined forces. Summer 2007 saw COLD WORLD release their "No omega" CD/DVD, a collection of rare recordings through the 1917 label. "Dedicated to babies who came feet first" is the highly anticipated album from COLD WORLD. Over a year in the making, the album was produced and engineered by BIOHAZARD guitarist Billy Graziadei at his Underground Sound Studios. The 15 songs that make up ''Dedicated...'' tell a chilling real life tale of struggle in the world as we know it today. From the opening bounce of "Boom Bye Bye" it's apparent that COLD WORLD's musical grit and power have risen to new levels to tell that story. D.I. - The suburbia sessions 1983 DVD 13.50 EUR

Shortly after punk rock band D.I. shot scenes for Penelope Spheeris's definitive Reagan-era punk movie SUBURBIA in 1983, a time in which the band the was still relatively new, Flipside Magazine filmed the group during one of their early practice sessions at Sherpa Studio in Fullerton, California. What comes through in the footage, as well as in a self-conducted interview also featured on this release, are the band members' surprisingly fun-loving and light-hearted personalities, which are in stark contrast to the weighty issues and anarchic overtones found in their music.

EMO/INDIE. EMAROSA is oozing with talent which includes renowned vocalist Jonny Craig (formerly of DANCE GAVIN DANCE). Many think he has the best voice in the "scene", and that comment is hard to deny once you hear their debut LP ''Relativity''. Former front guy for The REATARDS and LOST SOUNDS and current solo sensation, the man is nothing if not prolific. After recording his debut solo LP, 2006's "Blood visions", Reatard released a slew of singles and EPs on labels across the globe; all were pressed in limited quantities and now fetch serious coin on eBay. In The Red is proud to release ''Singles 06-07'', a collection of all his out-of-print material, re-mastered by the Tard himself. It's finally possible to hear these gems in one straight shot, sounding better than ever, without flipping over a pile of seven inch platters. INDIE-ROCK. As a misnomer to their sound, San Diego’s LOWER DEFINITION are anything but low key. Their songs’ soaring melodies and vocal approach mesh power and catchiness that recall FAITH NO MORE and GLASSJAW in their prime. Like the aforementioned groups, LOWER DEFINITION has a driving aggression that is more technically adept at distortion and multiplied fired riffs.
