This is Tom ( guitarplayer for Days Of Betrayal) The reason I’m posting this is because we are looking for help to fill in our tour this November. And I would like to check if any of you could help us with a show on the the dates below:

We are a package of two bands, first band is from Belgium called ‘”Days Of Betrayal’’ the 2nd one is called Ex Inferis from Luxembourg. I have add a Bio from both bands and links for soundclips and pics….
The conditions are 250- 300 euro for fuel and Van. Sleepingplaces for 11 people (just a spot on the floor to crash sleepingbags is good enough! + hot food and drinks for 11 people. We travel with our entire backline, wich can only be used by us!

Biography ‘’Days Of Betrayal’’ (BE)

Days Of Betrayal is a quintet hailing from a small city called Eeklo (one hour drive from Brussels) Belgium. They started out late 2004 and like many young bands trying to find a sound and style they all love…
They started creating the first couple of songs and after a few months the first series of shows got booked. The reactions on these shows were a lot better than expected, as metal is the main spine in this band. However it became obvious that we needed to make some changes not only musical settings but we needed to make clear what kind of style we wanted to go further in.
In September 2006 they entered the Midas Studios with producer Tony De Block ( Liar, Congress, Born from pain, Morning Again,…) to record a debut EP titled ‘’Autumn’s Coldest Embrace’’ it got self released on January 6, 2007. The direction of this debut EP music wise goes from Swedish stuff to German metal in the vein of Heaven Shall Burn, At The Gates, Bolt Thrower,…
The reviews written in different E-zines/magazines came out positive, we could say that this release was a good and solid debut record one that has shown potential in this band.

To support this mini cd, the band jumped on a 2 week European tour as a direct support for US hardcore legends Pro-Pain. Musicwise something different but it turned out to be a great experience!! The band played numerous shows in Belgium and single shows in Germany, Holland, to get the name spread and present our music this all on DIY basis!!

Meanwhile they started working on new material, this time for a first full length album! We could notice a direct change in sound of the new material, new influences came out very clear! The German sound got replaced for a more US type of melodic death-black metalcore! The new material sounds a lot different than what you can hear on our previous release. The band has grown and added a lot more elements, not only song structure wise but a lot more technique comes to it this time. We can say that this album sounds brutal, fast , a metal album in all its layers but with a original flair of sound.
DOB recorded this first full length album mid March 2008 this time at the CDS Studios located in Chelmsford , Great Britain. The band takes a new start with this new album, a new logo, a new mission to play as many shows and tours possible to support this new album!

Days Of Betrayal shared the stage with bands such as: Born From Pain(Nl), Leng tch’e, Liar, Congress, Blood Red Throne (No) , Dew Scented (Ger), Neaera (Ger), Misery Speaks (Ger) , Deadlock (Ger), First Blood (Us), Pro-Pain (Us),Aborted … and many more

Biography EX INFERIS (lux)

ince 1999 ExInferis have been playing unrelentless, brutal music, oblivious of the musical trends and tendencies of the moment. this determination and ‘no compromise’- attitude allowed us to forge our own identity over the years and to define our own style.
Despite a few line-up changes and ups-and-downs we never stopped our course and managed to keep up the pace, playing whenever and wherever we could, reaching a total of more than 150 shows and releasing four cds in five years. at the top of luxembourg’s metal scene, we decided to try to develop the bands’ notoriety in other countries. in 2003 we started work on our next album to be entitled ‘Defunctus in heresi’, not knowing what was awaiting us down the line…

… after months of work and a change of singer, ’Defunctus in heresi’ was recorded in summer 2004 at Midas Studio in Lokeren, Belgium with Tony de Block on commands. The songs were mixed in October/November 2004. ‘Defunctus in heresi’ was released on the 22nd January 2005 and more than 300 people came to welcome our new opus at the release party-gig.

Hundreds of cds were sent out all over the world to webzines, magazines, labels and radio-stations and slowly we started getting feedback from the media. The response to ‘Defunctus in heresi’ was more than we had awaited. The music, along with the fact that we had released this on our own, impressed the European metal community and raised the attention towards the band.

But the band needs to be on the road too so we tried to do as many shows as possible throughout Europe, promoting the cd and dong our best to gain a new audience everywhere we played. We played in Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Germany and Spain, the highlights of which were the selection of the band for the annual Bilbao Bilborock Festival (SP) and reaching the third place among hundreds of bands, the opening slot for Apocalyptica in front of a sold out (1000+ audience) Kulturfabrik in Luxembourg, seeing the audience go crazy at the Meetjes Metalfest in Eeklo (B) and opening for The Black Dahlia Murder again
at the Kulturfabrik (L).

For the latest news we managed to arrange a distribution-deal in Summer 2006 for ‘Defunctus in heresi’ with the French label RUPTURE MUSIC, a division of Several Bleeds Records, for the French

If you know a venue,concerthall, bar,pub,your garage,.... we can mail or a friend of yours is a promoters please send us there info,as we need it!!

Conditions are +/- 300 euro ,sleepingbag places for 12 people, 1 hot meal + drinks. However we are open for a good deal so make us a proposition if you can!
