In the past months we have worked hard on a new lineup for the Denovali Swingfest 2010. For the first time we're setting the Swingfest up on two days. We hope you enjoy the lineup as much as we do - 18 bands from 9 different countries. We're trying to make it kind of special for you with one time only collaborations, new bands that never played in Germany, or extended livesets you can't see at normal club shows. The set of each band is definitely as long as a single club show.
Like last year we're selling the tickets up front via www.denovali.com/swingfest (and for the first time also via official ticketshops) - after you have placed the order you'll get an automatically generated e-mail with the payment details. Since we don't know how many people are interested in visiting the festival we like to warn you that it maybe makes sense to order early. The Swingfest 2009 was sold out pretty quickly. The venue is definitely bigger than last year – but if we sell all tickets up front there will be no additional ones available at the doors in October.
This year we can't offer you sleeping accomodations in the venue – but on our homepage you'll find a list of cheap and hopefully good hostels. All further questions are explained at the Swingfest website as well.
