- Following the demise of Brutal Truth, drummer/vocalist Rich Hoak felt a need to take grindcore music to its next, and possibly final logical extreme. Nauseatingly hyper blast-beats are entangled with twisted musical contortions inspired by a fast and pissed attitude that has been sorely missing from the sterile and stagnant state of so-called extreme music. Not content to wait for label support or scene approval, T.F.D. managed to bring the grind up and down the east coasts of the U.S. and Canada, are about to hit Europe for the 4th time on the Terrorizer Magazine sponsored "Grind Over the U.K. 4" tour w/Pig Destroyer (previous visits included stops at both the Fuck the Commerce and Obscene/Extreme festivals), and have made an incursion into the South American scene as well. At Last, their new full lenght cd «Zen and the art of Total fucking destruction» is finally available on Bones Brigade records since may 2007. Still recorded by Scott Hull, this new album demonstrates again TFD's ability to create chaos through blast beat rythm and original musicality, always keeping the control of that extreme brutality. After the reformation of Brutal Truth, both bands were on the road together a couple of month ago for a really successful U.K. Tour 2007. Grindcore has only one possible future: TOTAL FUCKING DESTRUCTION!!!!
Way back in 1992, two bad ass hustlers from da street met each other during a gig. A band had cancelled and they decided to make some spontaneous noise, making the people present run home to mama. The people who stayed couldn't get enough, so Max & Rut decided to go on and Suppository was born. During the following years lots of people came and lots creamed their pants and left. To promote their first opus, a European tour was done in summer 2002 with fellow candy asses Entrails Massacre and Regurgitate. After the tour they where featured on the Relapse sampler "Dutch Assault" and recorded a split CD with Grot (uk) (soon to be released by grindethic rec.) and a split 12" with Regurgitate (swe) (out soon on Badger rec). Actual line-up is Max, Rutger, Luc, Roel. Up till this moment lots of releases are planned for the bastards. Some splits will coming your way just as a new full length... -
