ALL SHALL PERISH - Freifahrtsschein für Filesharer?

Im Mai diesen Jahres kam es zu einem Vorfall, bei dem NUCLEAR BLAST Records ohne Kenntnis von ALL SHALL PERISH einen Filesharer abgemahnt hatte, der das neue Album "This Is Where It Ens" online gestellt hatte. Den kompletten Beitrag dazu findet ihr hier.
Nun hat sich die Band auch nochmal direkt eingeschaltet und erwirkt das NUCLEAR BLAST Records das Verfahren gegen den User eingestellt hat.
ALL SHALL PERISH kommentieren das wie folgt:
"That said, Nuclear Blast also respects bands such as ALL SHALL PERISH that do not wish to pursue file sharers. ALL SHALL PERISH was not consulted about this course of action and did not wish to participate in it whatsoever. When they learned about it, they immediately asked us to cease all legal action against their fans, file traders or otherwise, as soon as they learned this action had been taken in their name. Therefore, Nuclear Blast and World Digital Rights decided recently to stop legal actions against the file sharing with songs from the band ALL SHALL PERISH."
Fraglich bleibt jetzt natürlich, ob dies nicht eine Art "Freifahrtsschein" für andere Filesharer ist, sämtliches ALL SHALL PERISH Material im Netz anzubieten.
