AS WE FIGHT
Schlagzeuger Casper hat laut Bericht der Bandwebsite AS WE FIGHT verlassen, derzeit wird nach Ersatz gesucht. Weiterhin planen die Dänen für Juni/Juli diesen Jahres einen längeren Studioaufenthalt um ihr neue Scheibe einzuspielen. Produziert wird das Album von Jacob Bredahl, gemixt von Tue Madsen in seinem Antfarm Studio. Noch dieses Jahr soll der Nachfolger zu "Black Nails And Bloody Wrists" via Goodlife erscheinen.
Caspers Statement zum Ausstieg:
"Well, I decided to split with as we fight, because I don’t have my heart in it anymore.
It have been some hectic years for me, I was only fifteen when I got in the band and I’m nineteen now, some of the best times in my life and some of the worst have all happened within this band, they all have affected me with good memories, as well as bad, spending so many hours together can be so hard but it has simply become too much for me to handle, with all the tours and all that stuff.
I’ve seen a lot of countries, faces, yeah pretty much everything, so I’ll keep those as good memories and move on in my life, with something new.
But I will record the new album with the guys, since we are pretty much done with all the songs, and I will also play the last shows we have booked until Summer, and then I’m out for good.
We will part as friends, and I wish them all good in the future.
As for myself, I’ll be moving to Copenhagen to become a make-up artist.
and this doesn’t mean I’ll be done doing music, I will for sure start a tranny/glam rock N roll band (ala skid row and motley crue) since that’s what I’m in to, and I will still be in When Midnight Kills as well as Le Petit Mort.
