Die Black/Death Metal Band BELPHEGOR hat ihr neues Album auf 2014 verschoben.

Hier die offizielle Pressemitteilung:

"Belphegor's highly anticipated as-of-yet-untitled album has been postponed for a worldwide release sometime in early 2014 via Nuclear Blast Records. This will be band's first album since founding member Helmuth Lehner's near death experience, which caused the band to cancel several tours in 2011/2012.

"Drums, bass and guitars are all tracked. It sounds brutal, more aggressive and more death than what was heard on the last LPs," commented Lehner. "The soundwall is massive - just as expected. Thanks to Erik Rutan for the extra motivation and forcing us to nail down tight as fukk performances. Furthermore I am set to lay down the vocals in June/ July, the mix down and mastering will be done in September. A tough call, but it was the best for the record to decide to delay the release date again, to unleash the album in early 2014. Be prepared for Diabolical Death Musick!"

Song titles so far include "Gasmask Terror", "Rex Tremendae Majestatis", "Take Her, Lucifer!" and "The Inverted Cross". Keep an eye-out for the in-studio trailer of the rhythm guitar tracking sometime in April."
