Die Band aus Delaware ist auf Escapist Records unter Vertrag gekommen. Offiziell heißt es:
"Escapist Records proudly welcomes Delaware's Dead And Buried to its expanding roster. We're extremely excited to be working with the band on their newest full-length recording. The band delivers a punishing blend of hardcore and metal that draws influence from All Out War, Merauder, Cro-Mags, and Slayer.
Recording, mixing, and mastering took place at Clay Creek Recording Studio with producer Nick Rotundo (Paint It Black, All Else Failed). The album has been titled "Bear Witness" and a fall release is currently planned. The album features guest vocals from Justice of Trapped Under Ice, Ziggy of Barricade, and Tony from Hard to Kill."
