GSR MUSIC - Neue Signings
... haben mit BACKFIRE und DEAD REPRISE zwei neue Bands an Bord. Von DEAD REPRISE darf man noch in diesem Jahr ein neues Album erwarten, BACKFIRE legen 2008 nach.

From the North of Europe we present to you the great Swedish Hardcore band "DEAD REPRISE". Over the past few months DEAD REPRISE has been working on their upcoming new album "DAY OF DEFIANCE", which is their debut full length. Expect a soon to be confirmed releasedate of mid / late October 2007! DEAD REPRISE is working, as we speak, to team up with some cool bands for a European tour later on this year; as soon as we have a confirmation for this, we'll post the dates and info's ofcourse.

And... With pride we announce that we signed a deal with one of the oldest and still active European Hardcore bands around: BACKFIRE! Hailing from the famous "M-Town" (Maastricht), where they founded back in the days with Right Direction the "M-Town Rebels scene", BACKFIRE! joins after wandering around with several labels, with the also in M-Town based Hardcore label GSR Music. The past few years BACKFIRE! released 3 great records on I Scream Records, and both BACKFIRE! as well as GSR Music want to express their gratitude towards I Scream & Onno Cromag for their positive attitude to make this switch to GSR Music a fact. Numerous shows and a whole bunch of tours accross Europe and even the US made them what they are today; a steady and strong band, representing true no nonsense Hardcore Music for more than a decade. One of their ultimate highlights, if not THE highlight, was this year's show @ WITH FULL FORCE where thousands of people went totally nutzz during BACKFIRE!'s set! A better proof for BACKFIRE!'s huge popularity couldn't be given. Both BACKFIRE! and GSR Music see this new co-operation as a very positive challenge. Right now we are preparing together with BACKFIRE! all plans for their new record, which should be released early 2008. More details follow soon, so do stay tuned."
