POLARIZATION - Neue Band auf Mediaskare Records
Mi., 21.03.2012 - 07:31 Uhr

Das instrumental Progressive-Metal Outfit Polarization aus Los Angeles USA ist bei Mediaskare Records unter Vertrag genommen worden. Infso zur Band findet ihr auf www.reverbnation.com online.
Hier die offizielle Meldung:
"The brainchild of guitarist and songwriter Prashant Mathias, Polarization came together a year and a half ago when Mathias moved here from his native India to attend Musicians' Institute in Los Angeles. "It's a big step for the band and for me personally," he states. "I came here two years ago as a scholarship student for MI. I've already achieved the first of many goals by signing a record deal with a label I respect - especially bands like Volumes and Exotic Animal Petting Zoo."
Polarization's line-up is rounded out by drummer and fellow MI student Tom Asvold, a Swedish transplant, as well as bassist Steve Hilson. They've carved a name and niche for themselves with a heady mix of progressive musical ideas, straightforward metal riffs, free jazz and pulsing electronica that has coalesced into a sound that is uniquely their own.
To date, Polarization has shared stages with Animals As Leaders, Fair To Midland and Prong amongst others. They will play next on Thursday, March 22 alongside Prong, Black Tusk, It's Casual and Early Man. Polarization's Mediaskare debut, 'Chasing The Light' will be out in late Spring."
