STRENGTH RECORDS - Neues Plattenlabel von Roger Miret und Onno Cro-mag
Onno Cro-Mag (Journalist aus Holland) und Roger Miret (Agnostic Front) haben zusammen ein neues Plattenlabel namens STRENGTH RECORDS gegründet.
Als erstes Release erschien Ende Mai das neue Album der belgischen Oldschool Hardcore Band HARD RESISTANCE "Lawless & Disorder". Für Ende August ist eine Wiederveröffentlichtung der AGNOSTIC FRONT Scheibe "CAUSE FOR ALARM" auf Vinyl geplant.
Weiterhin soll es einen "RESPECT YOUR ROOTS WORLDWIDE" Sampler geben, der Bands enthält mit denen Miret und Cro-Mag ihre eigene Jugend verbracht haben (so lautet es zumindest in der Pressemeldung). Und so werden unter anderem folgende Bands auf dem Sampler vertreten sein: Terror, Rancid, Napalm Death, Evergreen terrace, Beowülf, Dropkick Murphys, Peter Pan Speedrock, The Generators, The Bones, Hard Resistance, No Turning Back, Hudson Falcons, Biohazard, The Unseen, Agnostic Front, Wisdom In Chains, Flatfood 56, Good Riddance, Deafness By Noise, Red Alert, Death by Stereo.
STRENGTH RECORDS planen für den 01. Dezember 2012 eine Neuauflage der "EUROPEAN HARDCORE PARTY" im belgischen Hamme. Infos dazu sollen zeitnah folgen.

Onno Cro-Mag and Roger Miret were brought together by the love for harcore and punkrock 25 years ago. After teaming up on the succesfull "Worldwide Tribute To The Real Oi!" albums they had a dream of starting a new record label together. Here we are in 2012 and the dream has become reality. STRENGTH RECORDS stands for honesty, dignity and friendship. It will go back to the times when hardcore and punk was pure and without bullshit. Back to the roots and basics of the scene and is bound to become a family for bands out of all genres."
