Deadbutcher Records haben jetzt THE IDORU unter Vertrag genommen, hier das Statement des Labels: "We are here to save you from the winter gloom, with the help of our close friends. Their tunes are positive, their music is melodic and refreshing. IÂ’m talking about the new signing on DEADBUTCHER Records. You have probably noticed that weÂ’ve been pretty close to THE IDORU from Budapest, Hungary, for some time. Our relationship became friendship, and friends should work together all the time. For those who have never heard anything from THE IDORU, go and check out their MP3s on theidoru.com. Their stuff can be compared to a mix of Newborn, AFI and Ignite.
We are proudly announcing new family members. This is a completely new chapter for us: a different direction, different music. But we always love to start new things, and life is a challenge all the time. THE IDORU have recorded 5 new songs. The production is killer!!! They used the best studio in Hungary (Bakery), which usually works with mainstream bands. And theyÂ’ve done their best there. IÂ’ve been listening to these songs for some weeks now, and I love them more and more everyday.
We will release the CD, called “Hopeless Illusions”, with 5 brand new songs and 2 songs previously released only in Japan. So 7 songs altogether and that’s not all!!! The CD will also include a professional video for „The Lack of Credibility“ song. The video production has already started. I’m so excited!
